Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to cancel your order and you notify us before we have shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your payment in full.
If you wish to cancel your order after if has been shipped you may be charged shipping which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note we cannot accept any open packaging for returns.
If your goods have been delivered damaged or are faulty please let us know within 2 working days.
If you do not receive your item after it has been shipped please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us as it's most likely been delayed by the courier.
